Bit o’ Bitter is a wonderfully drinkable English Ale. It has a nicely balanced hop bitterness and malty sweetness with complex biscuity, toasty and nutty characteristics. We use British Pale Ale malt and crystal grains, along with the traditional Kent Goldings hops for bittering and aroma. We use Whitbread yeast for this classic style. We think you’ll find Bit o’ Bitter is the perfect match for the cold chill of late fall early winter weather.

Tap at brewery. Pours orange. Aroma is almost nothing. Flavor is citrus peel, caramel, floral hops, honeycomb. Stronger flavors than imagined. Tasty.
