Bottle, best before Feb, 1st 2011 Blond, pale body. White fizzy head, mostly diminishing, fairly lacing. Hoppy and yeasty aroma (quite alcoholical). Neutral initial flavour, bitter finish. Dry mouthfeel.

Peach-golden beer, light (cold?) haze; white head, some lace. Faint but persistent perfume - one part white candi sugar, a bit of rosewater, and part fruity esters. Surprisingly alcoholic taste, from the beginning. Then quite sweet, nearly syrupy - but not cloying - and fruity both. Dry beer, and lighter mouthfeel than it is - tripel characteristics. This "blonde" has a marked triple-like constitution. Quite good brew, really. And that means that not only the spelling (no more hyphen), not only the label (quite artsy-modern), but also the recipe has been bettered.

An unclear orange beer with a fine head. The aroma is almost nonexistent, but slightly malty. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of coriander and a dry finish. An OK but quite ordinary blonde.
