Draft @ Green River, Bologna. Dorée restant un peu moins trouble que ces consoeurs allemandes. Col blanc moyen. Arôme offre un bouquet agréable d’ester fruité, malt pâle et froment. Palais présente de fines notes d’ester banane légère procurant une petite douceur en fin de bouche. Touche d’épice, girofle, voire vanille, le tout sur un malté cara pâle et Munich en impression. Bel effort.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A quite clear one, at least considering it’s a weissbier. Golden in color and with an off-white head. Weak on the nose, but pleasant. Pale malts, fruityness and some banana and cloves. Smooth, a bit thin on the palate, with banana, some apples and lemon, hints of cloves and bitterness. A quite pleasant one, but a bit weak all the way. 110129

Bottle 500ml.Hazy medium grey yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, spicy, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, minerals - salty. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110129]

Bottle 500ml @ fonefan
Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of wheat, hay and malt. Taste is light sweet. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours hazy yellow with a small off white head. Sweet banana, fruit and wheat. Esters. Medium bodied.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Yeasty nose with a whiff of banana. Medium body, dry citric, strangely salty, yeasty also but not many banana notes. Ends dry. Not so grand. 290111
