This Vienna lager was designed by our brewer Tara and named after her son Kit. Large amounts of Vienna malt and a touch of Munich gives this beer its deep amber hue alongside toasted bread aromas and flavours. After being cold fermented for 2 weeks we then keep the beer at -1C for 3 weeks to give a clean crisp bite.
German Spalter hops balance the beer with an earthy almost savoury herb character.

VISUAL: Deep amber and sparkling bright, with a tight foam
AROMA: Rye bread crustiness, with a herbaceous hop character
TASTE: A big crusty bread flavour to start that is then balanced out with a touch of honey malt sweetness before spicy, earthy hop notes take over.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium

Cask @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Dark golden with a glow to proceedings, and a head. Crisp enough in the palate although its strength gives it a notable depth. Hoppy brew.
