bottle from Vinoble-favrskov with fear and loathing i go to the kitchen to open this bottle. The last two jelling were unkind to my desk and my keyboard. Looking forward to tasting a sour infected dunkler bock.. at least i’m not expecting anything nice, so i hope i’ll be surprised.... click. pfffszzzzzzt goooosh drip drip stench.. My preparations were well rewarded, beer and foam sprayed out onto the kitchen table while i opened the cap, and i got my hands and shirt wet with stinking beer, as well as the kitchen table and a few drops on the floor. But at least my desk and computer were safe far from the incident. cloudy brown, small beige to brown head. aroma can be sensed far away from the glass.licorice, sweet malts, sour notes sort of belgian dark fruity note, orange. flavor is bitter spicy, grass, licorice, malts, herbal bitterness (leaves). bitter note as in snaps or gin. unlike the other one from jelling this one is drinkable, reminds me of a really weird belgian with a grassy tea bitterness and spices. The other jelling bryghus beer I opened the other day I really didn’t like. Tre rest was given to Gitte, she liked it. The day after she had a bad stumack. I’ll try drinking this one myself and hope that my belly is cool with it. Been down that road before anyways. Beer germs don’t bite on me anymore I hope.
