Brewed in collaboration with Saint Mars of The Desert Brewery.

A pale and hazy bitter, similar to that brewed in the Alsace hop-growing region of France around Strasbourg. A high percentage of wheat in the grist results in a smooth bready flavour on the palate, while generous hopping with French Brewers Gold and Strisselspalt creates a fairly bitter and spicy beer with aromas of flowers and mown grass.

Vegan friendly.

Colne Beer Festival 2023. Slightly hazy pale gold coloured ale. Hoppy with a floral quality about it, and quite bitter in design and finish.

Cask at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a cloudy straw colour (slight greenish tinge) with a small white head and good lacing. There’s bananas and malts in the aroma. In the mouth it starts off sweet before some bitterness comes in later. Flavour begins with banana and bread rolls and gradually sees lemongrass and spices infuse, with some traces of floral hops and peaches. Finish is slightly bitter and sticky. This is superb !
