This is a cider to showcase the Good Apples of Calgary.
Each fall we are thrilled to be joined by our community in the process of making a truly local cider. We open our doors and receive donations of fruit from backyard trees all over Calgary. This is the fifth year running making this truly special Calgary Cider, made possible by Calgarians’ generosity
A true Calgary cider-the first of its kind. We sort and hand press every apple, fermenting with wild yeasts living on the skin of the apples. This cider was aged for 15 months on the lees.
With notes of Orange Marmalade, White Plum, Cranberry Fruit Punch, Community & Orange Blossom Aromatics.
You can taste the community of this city in every sip.
Through the generosity of Calgarians, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to Inn from the Cold.

Clear bottle, 750 ml, exchanged with Dustin Sepkowski (merci!) on 11 May 2023, savoured on 16 July 2023; eye: golden, limpid, no effervescence, tiny ring of greyish bubbles, no lacing; nose: green apple, acidity, light plum, fruity, fresh, musk; mouth: green apple, acidity, light plum, fruity, fresh, musk, wild yeasts, semi-dry finale in plum with presence of apple, medium-light body, good carbonation, lightly sweet, slick texture; in short: quite likable FRANÇAIS
