Another unique blend of Oatmeal stout malt and chocolate malt (with some actual chocolate added) and the presence of another new hop Galena is going to make this dark winter stout a real winner on those cold winter nights.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Tucker’s Maltings Beer Festival, 15/4/2016. Near black in colour, with a decent, beige, head. Aroma of milk chocolate and roasted malts. Rather thin in the mouth, with more flavours of chocolate and toasty malts, before a dryish. Ok.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A red-brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt as well as lighter notes of wood, leading to a dry roasted finish.
