Schlappeseppel Landbier sticht durch seine kupferne Farbe hervor. Als unfiltrierte,
naturtrübe Spezialität hat es einen vollmundigen, weich-harmonischen Antrunk, überrascht aber im Abgang mit einer ausgeprägten charaktervollen Note von frischen, röstigen Brotaromen. Dies ist ein Ergebnis der traditionellen Rezeptur und der Verwendung spezieller Malze.

Leicht trübes orangegelbes Bier mit wenig Schaum. Geruch malzig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack malzig, getreidig, leicht würzig.

Bottle. Signature Schlappeseppel herbal, spicy, dusty aroma. Cloudy orange, big amber head. Honeyish malt entry, light grainy, grassy and herbal hops, a bit spice and salt. Medium light mellow body, still feels rustic though.

Average landbier. Hazy golden/orange with thin silky head. Aroma and taste are both on the faint side, mostly malt and some hops present. Drinkable, but not spectacular.

Leicht herber Antrunk, süßlich. Milder fruchtiger Hopfen ohne Bitterkeit, die Süße bleibt konstant. Dann etwas getreidig, hefig herber Ausklang. 8/8/9/8/9/8

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Cloudy. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice flaor. Some grassy and grainy notes. Average nice moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hay, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, hay, grain. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120817]

Bottle: Hazy, orangey-golden coloured, medium-sized stable off-white head, grainy-fruity nose with a touch of vegetables; light sweetish-bitter flavour, more light than medium bodied; delicate sweetish-grainy finish with some fruity traces. Not convincing…
