The first edition of a two-part release collaboration with Hof Ten Dormaal. This beer also was our inaugural wood-fired batch with VA wild yeast, barrel-fermented VA Oats, 2-row and wheat. VA Farmhouse Blonde lightly dry-hopped with CItra. --- The second release is souring with Hof Ten Dormaal's bacteria collected on their farm.

Draft pour at Aslin's 2 year anniversary event. Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of oak, citrus, stone fruit. Tastes of citrus, tart acidic notes, wine, oak. Light body with a dry finish. Nice.
