Cask at GBBF 2010. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head - certainly doesn’t look like an Ambrée. The aroma is dominated by hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and citrus fruits.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, hay, dusty white nuts, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100804]

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Deep gold, big beige head. Slightly bitter, bitter with a touch of Biere de Garde. Touch of pepper harshness on finish. It’s a bitter that is bitter.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is bread, wood, herbs and some earth. Mild dusty notes as well. Flavour is dusty earthy along with some herbs, bread and mild rubbery notes.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and mild hoppy. Grassy, malty and breadish flavoured. Medium dry and bitter. Slight herbal hoppy finish.
