Pau Hana, pronounced “pow hana”, means done working for the day; time to relax, chill and have a beer. Pau Hana is mostly late hopped with Rakau, Kazbek, Kohatu and Saphir hops for bitterness, flavor and aroma. It was then dry hopped with Motueka. Citrus and some florals, light mango. Pours golden with decent head. Light bitter finish. Tap at Ono.
