Halia Rose (pronounced huh-LEE-uh) is a light refreshing beer, just in time for summer. Brewed and aged with hibiscus and rose hips that provide the beautiful color and aroma. Hints of coriander and salt complement the refreshing sourness of this gose style beer. “Halia Rose” is the name of owner Scott and Cyndi’s oldest daughter. “Halia” means “loving memory” in Hawaiian and was given to honor Cyndi’s grandmother, Rose, whose family is deeply connected to Hawaii.
