330ml bottle form the brewery online shop. Not normally a fan of honey beers, so quite glad it was almost undetectable in this one. Does not drink 10% either, more like 6%. Clear orange-gold, no head. Light Belgian yeastiness, light honey and coriander. Dry finish. Good.

bottle from Darts Farm. Hazy golden colour, mid-szed white head. Malty base, but rather thin and light. Shy hoppy touch and hints of honesy. Expected much more....

Bottle at the Half Moon, Windlesham - 10/08/12. Pours a clear golden blonde with a thin wihite head soon clearing to the edges. Nose of Belgian yeasts, hop, spices. Tastes of hops, sweet, a little caramel and honey, Belgian yeast strain. Medium to fullish body with a dryish finish. Not going to match the Belgians but a decent enough beer for £4 in the pub!

Cask at the White Horse. It pours deep golden yellow, with a thin bubbly, white head. The nose is honey, sulphur, spice and lemon. The taste is honey, caramel, spice, ginger, hay, straw, soap and wood. It is initially sweet, but finishes up with lots of spice and some bitterness. Light to medium body (thinner than expected) and soft carbonation. Interesting stuff.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, straw, malt, hops, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, hops, flowers, and honey, leading to a dry and hoppy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
