Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Bacon is thankfully light and well integrated. Some coffee. Pours black with good head and lacing. Bittersweet finish but more on bitter. Only light maple and chocolate is pretty dark. Not so much sweetness. Good balance actually. Can.

16oz can pours an opaque black with some khaki head. Nose has pencil lead, molasses, heavy smoke and charcoal, cola, chocolate cake. Flavor is big, chewy malts, smoke, lots of black pepper, some actual bacon here, a little maple finally. Finishes full bodied, sticky, sweet.
