After a brief by memorable upbringing in fermentation vessel #6, Dia de los Muertos 2014 reached a healthy 9.2 ABV. After the death of the yeast, the beer was laid to rest in 4 freshly dumped Tennessee Whiskey barrels. The spirit of the wood spent a year re-invigorating and casting its spell upon the beer. Dia de los Muertos 2015 La Resurreccion re-emerges stronger, smoother and richer.

Bourbon and some Florals. Not quite as good as the regular bon barrel aged edition. Pours dark mahogany withput much head. Syrupy texture. Some leather, tobacco and fig. Sweet end. Tap at brewery.
