Brut, is German for dry. A pale, sparkling, refreshing bone dry ale. This beer has a big white wine and strawberry character, with a backing of different layers of malt flavour. With no residual sugars to hide behind, the alcohol & hop flavours have nowhere to hide. Gluten reduced using brewers clarex enzyme, this beer was designed for those with gluten sensitivities.

Hops: Hallertau Blanc & Belma
Grain: Pilsner, Pale, Vienna & ESB

Tastes exactly like a beer which advertises itself as gluten reduced, though I'm not sure they took gluten out or that's just due to champagne yeast action. Pours golden without much head. Tastes like a golden ale. Tap at brewery.
