Roasty - Boozy - Lucky • Our collaboration beer with Lough Gill Brewery from Sligo, Ireland. We used Loughran Family Pale Malt straight from Ireland for our base malt, then we added a bit of black malt and chocolate malt for some roasty, chocolate notes and of course a cup of Lucky Charms marshmallows, because of course we did. Fun fact: NoMa used to be known as Swampoodle, a historically Irish neighbourhood, thus, Swampoodle Stout!

Hazy, dull dark brown pour at the source. 8.2% Vanilla & cookie batter nose. Bittersweet leaning sweet, oatmeal raisin cookie, too much vanilla, numbing mellow bite-y hops on the tail. Thin, slight acid, strong carbonation, warming booze. Good+.

Roast and lots of bourbon booze. Some dark chocolate and a touch of cinnamon. Pours black with ok head. Boozy and bitter finish. Tap at brewery.
