This Belgian Blond has a nice malt backbone with some residual sweetness lingering on the palate and tons of yeast character. We kept the hop additions to a minimum to really allow the yeast to come through and be the dominant flavor. Notes of spice, honey, and some lemon notes round out the flavors.

Florals and some clove. Nice light lemon balm type flavour. Easy drinking though a little heavy on the potpourri. I could drink large amounts of these like Duval or something but still not bad. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Light sweet end. Tap at brewery.
