Cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn at Hope & Anchor. Clear amber-gold body, patchy white head, scattered lacing. Mild leafy hops on the nose. Taste of spiced fruit supported by caramel sweetness. Semi-dry ending. Pretty nice. (Sunday pub crawl in Bristol 30.04.2017).

Cask at the Victoria Inn, Rugby - 19/09/12. Clear golden in colour with a thin white head. Decent lacing ensues. Pretty muted nose of malt, hops and grain - no standout flavours, boring! Tastes a little grassy, pale malt, citrus tones allied to summer fruits. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a moderately bitter finish. File under ’W’ for whelmed!

Amber color, small white head. Raisins and apples in the aroma. Light body. Green apples, raisins in the flavor. Kind of refreshing. Very typical Moles flavor.
