This Golden Sour was aged for 18 months in Cab Sauv barrels and conditioned with local raspberries at a rate of 3lbs/gallon! Very nice stuff. Apricot and lots of raspberry. Pours hazy orange. A fair degree of wine. Nicely balance - just my type of sour. Tastes more like a Flanders sour. Tangy end. Nice stuff. Tap at Aslin.
