Good, bit fluffy white head, fed by clear golden beer. Perfumay, wheat-like nose, coriander-like herbs, peppery. Bitterish, EU-hoppy and spicy flavour. Bit of honey, it would seem, and a very little bit toasted. Warming, up, a bit orange and orangepeel. Bit oily feel, but very light body. Light to medium carbonation. 1) If I understand the basics, this is a WIT, rather than a Weizen. 2) Not my first Emmer beer, either. Now this one is - interestint. If you catch my meaning.

Bottle @ home. A bit hazy a bit pale yellow color, average to decent sized white head. Smell and taste malts, wheat, light to moderately hoppy, light medium citrus notes, citrussy bitter finish. Decent body and carbonation. Nice crossover between a weizen and an IPA. I don’t particularly like it, but as a hybrid it’s well done I think.
