Very crisp, light golden coloured body with a mellow, straw glow and a very thin off-white head only a centimetre tall that fades very fast. Aroma of very crisp and bright orange and citrus with a floral and tropically fruit sweetness that shows some richness from the malts, but all ending with some sweet scents as well. Medium-bodied; Strong rich malt profile at first with a pungent floral and fresh cut grass bite that has a good layer of both alcohol and stronger hops with a pleasant and smooth bitterness from the alpha acids on the end. The rich flavours dominate with a good complexity and some smooth sugars, with alcohol that is very well hidden. Aftertaste is nice and balanced with the citrusey and hop flavours showing strongest, but the pungent, grainy, malty and especially yeastie/alcohol/sweetness is strong, while enjoyable and complex. Overall, a nice option and interesting to sample - fairly light in colour - but nice to sample and rich, especially on the malt and sugar perspective. Good fresh and of course the name made me laugh, which is always a good thing. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 24-July-2020 for US$4,67 sampled at my house here in Washington on 11-August-2020.

Tangerine and some níspero. Loquat in English apparently. Ok malt malt backbone but this bear fizzles out pretty hard after initial aroma. Hazy orange pour. Clean end with some hop tang.
