Optisch kräftig goldgelb mit ansehnlicher, feiner bis mittelgroßer Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone zeigt sich wässerig-flaumig und fällt rasch auf unter 1 cm zusammen. Der Geruch wirkt etwas muffig und metallisch, leicht süßlich-malzig und ebenso leicht würzig. Den Start macht ein weich-spritziger, süßlicher Antrunk. Am Gaumen süßlich malzig und leicht würzig. Die Vielfalt der Aromen ist unspektakulär - auf ein Minimum beschränkt, aber aufgrund der kräftigen Malzaromen hat man ein vollmundiges und auch ganz akkurat süffiges Bier vor sich. Im Abgang halten die Malzaromen ganz gut an. Eine leichte metallische Note kommt auf - und mit ihr ganz leichte herbe Hopfennoten. Für ein "Eigenmarkenbier" absolut trinkbar - aber mehr auch nicht.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, leicht fruchtig.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, grassy hops, malt sweet, toffee notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110116]

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly sweet malty nose with notes of onions and a poor whiff of grassy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather flat carbonation. One-dimensional pale malty taste; thin and slightly sweet malty finish with a muted hoppy bitterness. No glory. 23.X.10
