Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, wood, ash, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100806]

@GBBF2010. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, apple, spices, mild vinegar and some slight white wine like notes. Flavour is apples, some acidic notes as well as mild white wine like notes. Quite mouthdrying.

From cask. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild fruity, slight sulphorish. Acidic and fruity flavoured. Dry and slight sulphorish. Ends dry and slight acidic.
