Inspired by the Belgian “Biere Blanche” style, it is produced using barley malt, wheat malt, unmalted barley, a pinch of oat, Styrian Golding and Saaz hops, as well as a mix of spices: the result is a fresh and elegant beer, very easy to drink, but with clear and pleasant hints of citrus fruits, liquorice and vanilla.

Aroma of oranges, peach, wheat, some lemony spelt & yeast. Tastes of oranges, peach, coriander, spelt, grain, wheat & hints of citrus. Aftertaste has a sweet fruity light bitter finish.

75cl bottle from Conad, Misano, Italy. Pours hazy orange gold, with quickly fading white foam. Aroma is sweet citrus and yeasty. Body is fairly light with good carbonation. Taste is overly sweet, almost annoying. Finish is fairly short.
