While listening to one of the greatest albums from our favorite jam band, we concocted Workingman’s Dublin Porter as a tribute in beer. This brew has a warming effect with its harmonic flavors of Madagascar Vanilla Bean and local honey from The Fir Farm’s organic honey, which vibe cohesively with its Dublin Porter base. 16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Opaque dark brown color. Small creamy tan head. Clinging lace. Roasted malt aroma hints at chocolate. Roasted malt flavor has notes of bittersweet chocolate, spicy hops and vanilla bean. Some warming alcohol in middle. Decent, full-bodied Porter.
