Brewed with Brown Sugar & Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Apples, Cinnamon, & Vanilla
Apple Cinnamon Puff was brewed with a base of premium Maris Otter and Munich malts along with toasted golden oats and other specialty grains which provide the beer with flavors reminiscent of a puffy, apple pie crust.
During the boil we added brown sugar for a touch of caramelization character and milk sugar to thicken the body and lend a “creamy” mouthfeel sensation.
Post fermentation this brew was cold conditioned on red apples, Saigon cinnamon sticks, and Madagascar vanilla.
We get notes of sweet apple pie filling, glazed apple fritter, caramelized apple, cinnamon sugar dusted churro, and fresh pressed apple cider.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy amber orange pour. Dense, creamy beige head. Aroma is sweet malt. Cooked apples, cinnamon and brown sugar. Flavor follows nose. Notes of apple pie, apple brandy and brown sugar. Soft, creamy mouthfeel. Brief spicy finish.
