Bottle. Caution, contents under pressure. I’ll get back to this rating in an hour or so when the head settles. Head ended up having the look of meringue. Sour, citrusy, hoppy aroma. Taste is nicely balanced. Nice hop profile with citrus and toffee. Not bad.

Bottle. Aroma is of malts. The beer is a pretty solid amber, with a great amount of bitterness to it. Flavor has a nice maltiness to it, with a good hop balance.

On tap at Brewpub Seattle. Pours out a Big red amber topped with a nice off white head. A good malt on this one.
