Colts Necktar is a big, juicy, Imperial IPA brewed with locally sourced honey from our friends down the road at @TheFirFarm

We added the raw wildflower and orange blossom honey at the end of the boil to contribute a wonderful, nuanced layer of flavor complexity and to fortify this high gravity golden nectar while maintaining juice-like drinkability.

Colts Necktar is medium-bodied with restrained bitterness and features aromas and flavors dominated by a double dose of dry-hopping with Simcoe and El Dorado.

We get notes of juicy honeydew melon, orange blossom honey, Sunny Delight, overripe cantaloupe, watermelon, dried apricots, passionfruit, and halved pink grapefruit drizzled in sweet honey.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Deep golden hue. Rocky beige head. Citrus hop aroma hints at lemon and grapefruit. Sweet fruity flavor has honeyish notes. Some citrus as well. A touch of warming alcohol in middle. Bittersweet citrus finish.
