Bottle at RBESG ’14, day 4 not so grand tasting at Craft Clerko, 10/08/14. Clear golden with moderate off white edgework. Nose is bitter apple, straw, spice. Taste comprises cooking apples, straw, light smoke, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light dryness in the close. So so. Multiple bladder bags pours at Four Candles, Broadstairs, since original rate. So much better than the 2.8 I gave it .. Easy 3.6.

Tap @ 3 Judges. Very pale yellow colour. This is an awful cider. Alcoholic, metallic, too sweet, no carbonation, perfumed, artificial.
