On tap at Delicious Heights in Bedminster, New Jersey. Opaque black pour. Small creamy dark tan head. Roasted malt aroma hints at burnt sugar and dark chocolate. Bittersweet roasted malt flavor upfront. Notes of coffee and treacle. A hint of black licorice in middle. Sticky mouthfeel. Dark chocolate and charred wood on backend. Smooth roster finish. Tasty.

Can, from the brewery. Pours almost inky black with foamy tan head, coffee/mocha aroma, low carbonation, bitter mocha taste with faint latte sweetness, thin smooth body, long bitter finish. Very good brew.
