C&A is a classic west coast style triple IPA with a double meaning! It is brewed with Centennial & Amarillo hops, which have distinct citrusy and floral aromas with hints of grapefruit, orange, lemon and pine. It is also named after the old Camden & Amboy Railroad, which stopped in Hightstown in the mid 1800's.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy orange gold pour. Large, dense frothy beige head. Mild, perfumy malt aroma. Bittersweet, boozy and dank describe this one. Quite intense. Some stone fruit flavors initially, the dank bitter hops soon after. Lacking any real complexity or depth. A bit of a disappointment.
