Quite hazy rose and deep golden coloured body with a nice amber glow, about 60 per cent opaque with an almost pefect two to three centimetre tall off-white head that's microfoamed and stays afloat nicely. Aroma of dry grainy malts, a dash of flowers and grass with a slight hit of bretty and funky yeasts, but not as much as others, with some perfumey hops and alpha acids here, in the nose, at least. Medium-bodied; Very crisp and dry, pretty tart yeastie notes are noticeable with a light fruity quotient as well, showing some pears, apples, lemons with a nice sweetness on the end, and no real hop bitterness here. Aftertaste shows some nice complexity, mainly from the yeast, but the malt bill shows nicely here and provides good support, but the balance of sugars, dryness and fruity notes make this complex and enjoyable. Overall, a very nice beer, but this isn't really an IPA at all - it's a sour or wild beer, almost a fruit beer (by taste only - I don't believe there is any actual fruit here!) but it is nice and especially complex and does have SOME hops, just IPA-level hops. Great to sample from New Jersey and fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 03-September-2022 for US$4,09 sampled at my house here in Washington on 29-September-2022.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy orange gold color. Large frothy beige head. Tangy tropical fruit aroma. Flavor is sour fruit. Notes of apricot, peach, orange and lemon. Very little carbonation. Some funkiness from the wild yeast. Tasty.
