Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium orange amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, earthy - damp stain - fusty, plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, acrid plastic ;O(. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20101130]
