Crusty Barnacle is a 100% Brett-fermented Pale Ale: hopped with Centennial and Amarillo on the hot side, then dry-hopped with a generous amount of Citra, these hops lend a traditional aroma of citrus and grapefruit, but, thanks to the Brett's primary fermentation, we're able to pull out more tropical notes such as papaya and pineapple. Dry and effervescent, Crusty Barnacle is a unique offering, sure to tickle even the finickiest of taste buds.
