Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber color with a small average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, toffee, light to moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate sharp bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20101130]
