Night Rocker has been one of our more ambitious beers. It is ready to rock out at all times, so we thought we would help it chill out a bit.... by aging it in a Linie Aquavitt barrel. The barrel definitely brings a lot of new character to this beer, from oaky, fruity, and roasty, and still has that intensely dense mouthfeel. Make sure to crank that amp up to 11 for this bad boy!

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours black, with a tiny creamy, mocha head. Aroma is sweet malty notes of vanilla, liquorice and muscovado, as well as cocoa nibs, tobacco, dark fruits and bourbon barrels. Creamy body, with very soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet notes of vanilla, liquorice and bourbon barrels, as well as malty notes of bread, muscovado and toffee notes.
