Nice pink fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, fruit stones, black currants, grass, red currants, soda powder, hay. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, black currants, fruit stones, berry skin, soda powder, red currants, sorrel, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.

8-4-7-4-15 On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours cloudy red, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid and tart berry notes of raspberries, as well as musty fruit peel and fruity brett. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid, with tart fruity notes of raspberries, musty fruit peel, blueberries, dark forest berries and earthy notes.
