Small bubbly longlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is sweet fruity, honey, minerals, dried red fruits and berries, grass, hints of concentrated fresh apple juice. Taste is sweet mineraly, honey, dried red fruits and berries, dark sugar, alcohol, grass, fruit stones, minerals, hints of dry concentrated apple juice. Medium bitterness, sweet mineraly mouthfeel. Nice.

On tap @ Bergen �lfestival. Pours light reddish, some bubbles. Aroma is sweet notes of honey, red berries, tannins and wood, as well as some notes of fruit peel and apples. Creamy body, with no carbonation. Flavour is sweet notes of honey, red berries, tannins and wood. Sweet honey and tannins in the finish.
