Draught at The Abbey, Brookline, MA, 10/18/25.
Clear, rosy-peach-golden. Small, white head, low retention.
Pine, christmas spice, light resin. Rather dull, though not boozey. Some caramel, low toast. Not all that aromatic, nor even much maltiness.
Similar in the mouth. Not a trainwreck, but it's lots of dull, bready caramel (though not too sweet), mixing with your typical hard citrus, moderate pine and woody hops to a rather dull/bitter effect. Like an old school DIPA (which were disgusting).

Dark gold with a medium sized foamy head that left decent lacing. Sweetish with notes of sugar, pine and fruity hops. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
I’m digging this old school IPA. Not overly malty, a bit fruity, boozy. Ace. Rest in power to James Earl Jones. A legend of cinema.
