(Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki) Poured amber and clear. Head was medium sized, long lasting and white. Aroma contained malts and something resembling whisky. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, again the whisky, caramell, sweetness, hint of smoke and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter.

Cask, half, well kept and served at the amazing CASK Pub and Kitchen in the Pimlico area of London. Clear,red-amber body, missing head. Hop resin to the nose with malts behind. Taste of slightly roasted malts mixed with fruity hops and rounded off by crispy bitterness. Average for the style, 15.07.2010.

Cask@Oliver Twist. Ambery/coppery colour with small head. Aroma is caramel malts, bready malts as well as some wooden notes and mild fruity and floral notes. Flavour is quite the same. Rather basic bitter with no big surprises.
