In tribute to one of the world’s best guitarist, the late, great, Greg Lake, born in Bournemouth in 1947. He honed his style under the tutelage of a Dorset music teacher who encouraged his imaginative style, later to become the trademark of his group ‘Emmerson, Lake & Palmer’, who after an enthralling performance at IOW in 1971, were firmly established as the world’s first ‘Supergroup’, with their rendition of Lake’s ‘Lucky Man’, which he wrote whilst at school in Bournemouth, becoming their legendary classic.
