Aroma is somewhat floury with citron, some apricot and hints of spices. Flavour is somewhat spicy with some citron, floury wheat and toffee typical to aged belgian ales. Quite typical Belgian blonde, no christmas here.

Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Belgo-fruity nose with a spiced touch. A faint milky touch and some coriander. A hint of caramel maltyness too. The flavor is much the same, quite a lot of coriander. Caramel, pale malts and dried fruits. Hints of orange. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Coriander, caramel finish with a slightly citrusy touch. A beer that won’t impress anyone but drinks easily. 110122
