Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, caramel, metalic. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, metalic, caramel, thin, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is metalic. [20101130]

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2010. Copper slight haze thin off white collar. Some fruit on aroma. Not great condition. Bit of sting on end. Ok just
