Appearance: Clear chestnut brown with a moderate beige head. Aroma and taste: Toasted malts, caramel & treacle, bread, distant hop. Light sweet, low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Inoffensive.

Bottle. Chestnut color, clear, brownish-yellow foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, malty, bready, a little dusty. Taste: sweetish, caramel, a little burnt black bread, a little hoppy, not the most outstanding dark lager.
