Cask (gravity) @ The 16th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2010, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fresh wood, chocolate notes, light to moderate yeasty, vomit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, caramel, burnt fudge. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100430]

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2010. Attractive colour, just not a dark mild as described in the programme. Reddy colour, not much of a beer, ok malts, no real hop. It’s a light mild.
