Tap. Dark brown, creamy foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, chocolate, a little coffee. Taste: sweet, caramel, cocoa and chocolate, brandy, waffles.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a one finger tall beige head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Roast & toast, chocolate cake, waffles, salty caramel, some hop. Light sweet & bitter. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall: Decent. No more than this.
