Bottle @ Republic, Izmir (July 2023). Clear copper-dark amber with a large foamy beige head, caramel malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste with faint smoked grains flavor, thin smooth body, long caramel finish. Quite a nice dunkelweisen.

Bottle 33 cl. Brownish, cloudy, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, dates, smoke, muffins and dried banana. Sweetish taste, caramel, dried dried fruits, muffins, slightly burnt and yeasty, original brew.
