Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A gusher, producing a small, off-white head over an unclear, dark golden body. Citric, milky sour aroma with a touch of fruit caramel. Sour and rather thin on the palate, some caramel hints, and a generic fruityness, or very berry-like sourness. Could probably be a decent beer when fresh. At this stage, still before BB-date, it’s certainly not very good. 120224

Bottled. A murky dark red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, and a bit of malt. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt and wet hay, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Interesting spicy aroma of the added myrtle. Medium body, some fruitiness and yeast, again spices and then a late but distinct tartness. Clearly has an infection which is sad.. 260112

Bottle, 6.5%. Not so pleasant aroma, smells infected. It is supposedly the oak bark in the beer. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small head. The flavour is rather sour, but better than the aroma. Vinous, lambicky notes, but not as pleasant as the original ones.

Bottle- Creamy off-white good mostly deminishíng head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy ugly aroma. Light bitter almost as ugly flavor. Off and strange at the same time. Short (thank god) finish. Watery palate. What do they do to their beers at this brewery?
